Some days are going to feel better than others.
Not every day can be a perfect high energy day.
Although we would like them to be and we work towards higher energy and a better life every day.
When you are not feeling it, give yourself permission to put your healing first.
Allow yourself to have a “day off” once in a while to regroup and recharge yourself.
We are not machines.
We are flesh and blood human vehicles that need to recharge our veritable batteries.
At times we may feel so low that we have to get sick in order to make ourselves take a little time off of our regular life and routine.
We need to be more understanding of ourselves.
- More allowing.
- More satisfied.
- Happy where we are.
- Happy with our friends.
And today, whatever you do, let it be enough.
Take the pressure off of yourself and just be who you are.
You are a unique individual who is worthy of just BEING.
