I am grateful for all of the abundance that I already have
in my life and I keep myself open to receiving spiritual and
monetary abundance in all forms. I give of myself freely
and know that the Universe will provide in return. I am a
seeker of light and abundance and draw in these areas for
my life knowing that the world is an infinite place for us
all to live. I am eternally grateful for all of the abundance I
have in my life.

If you can think of other things you would like to say during a meditation session, just take a few minutes to write them down.
Make it your OWN.
Think about what you are grateful for.
- What makes you happy.
- Who makes you happy.
- Your desires.
- Your goals.
- What you appreciate.
- Who you appreciate.
- What you are thankful for.
Once you get your meditation written down, take a few minutes to practice reading it. Make any adjustments that it may need, so it sounds good to you.
Practice saying your “meditation” at least once or twice a day for a week.
See how much different your life is becoming. How much better it is all ready.
Keep practicing your meditation and adding to it as you see things changing.
A “meditation” is really the same as saying or writing “affirmations.”
Affirmations are just things that you repeat over and over until they become believable and affirmed in your life.
They help you focus on what you want and what you believe “can be.”
Not “what is” exactly, but what you believe can become.
With practice, you can change your negative “beliefs” into positive beliefs and then your world will become more of what you want it to be.
Just try this for a while and prove it to yourself.
I have had amazing results with this and you can too.
What you think about expands and what you think about over and over is how your beliefs are formed.
If you want to change your thinking or your beliefs, you will have to practice thinking and doing things a little differently.
Change what you are thinking to the way you want things to be.
It helps if you start with things that you are grateful for and that way you don’t feel like you are telling yourself a lie.
