Raise your vibration…
There are other ways of raising your vibration than meditation, like listening to music that makes your heart sing, jog in a beautiful place, petting your cat, walking your dog, and so on.
You’re often in the highest state of connection to the energy source while you’re driving your vehicle.
Your goal is to release any thought that’s causing you resistance, so then you’re in a place of pure, positive thinking.
Just find any thought that feels good when you think about it, and practice it until you start setting the tone inside of you – and then, other good feeling thoughts will follow.

Get into the flow of life and do the things that feel good to you:
- Read a book
- Write a poem
- Paint a picture
- Be creative in some way
- Take a leisurely walk in the woods.
- Eat something delicious.
