Take some time to review your resolutions and make sure you have some “fun” time scheduled in.  You may not think that having “fun” is a resolution, but for those who just work, work , work, they may need to be reminded that having fun is an important part of life.

Usually our goals and resolutions include more work and how to get more done instead of giving ourselves permission to add more fun and relaxation into our daily routine.

Keeping our sense of humor and being more kind to ourselves and all those around us.

Appreciating all that we have and expecting more to come.

Looking  for inspired action so that when we actually do things they are done with divine timing.

In other words; everything will line up at the right time.

The people you need to talk to will be available, or they might even call you or come into your presence instead of you trying to get a hold of them.

Things you are looking for will just start showing up as you go from day to day.

That doesn’t mean that you don’t have to take any action at all, it just means that when you are lined up with “source” the action you take will align with your desires.  All things move in the direction you are going.

And that is what it means to have inspired action.

Life is not suppose to be painful.

It is suppose to be FUN.

Others have convinced us that we should work more and work harder, but what if it doesn’t have to be that hard or take up all of our time?

Be deliberate as to what you want and take the time to seek out the higher power and then listen for guidance before you try to make it  happen.

That will bring you the best year you can possibly imagine!

And then we can start all over again next year and add more FUN and adventure into our plan.

Making our dreams come true and taking more risks as we learn to trust ourselves and our own inner connection, or inner being who is connected to our higher power. (God)

Being integrated and at one with our entire guidance system enhancing our entire life.

Full of good energy, vitality and love for life.

Top 8 ways to have more time

 

1Decide what’s important and do it first every day

2.  Don’t let other people schedule your life

3.  Pay close attention to what makes you happy

4.  Stop watching TV

5.  Schedule your breaks and enjoy them

6.  Look through your calendar and cancel things you aren’t excited about

7.  If you keep putting something off, just let it go

8.  Before you go to bed, decide on tomorrow’s most important action

This is such a good list and a great way

to prioritize the things that are important to you.

 

Who doesn’t want to get more done every day?

Of coarse, you can’t really get more time than anyone else,

but you can learn to use your time

to do more of what you want to do until you feel satisfied every day.

 

Acknowledging that there is a mind set where you learn to be satisfied

with yourself and what you have right now.

 

Being totally happy with yourself.

Loving yourself and those around you.

Enjoying your life and feeling great.

Filled with life force and good energy.

 

And when these attributes are the basis for your life,

getting a list of things done won’t be as necessary as you once thought.

 

Because you have expanded into more.

And your powerful inner being is the evidence of it.

 

Where your desires expand into different ones

as you become in sync with your vortex.

 

Allowing yourself to stay in sync with your inner being

and accepting your life as it is.

Full of love and joy and peace.

 

Happy with every day as your focus stays on satisfaction

and the idea of receiving even more of it.

 

Lowering your resistance to unwanted things

and being on your way to the receiving mode.

 

Believing in yourself

and the entire life

that you are manifesting

through the time you have available here.

 

Feeling good about yourself

and your evolution

as you expand more each day.

 

Becoming more and more

rather than doing more and more each day.

 

Allowing your list to change as you renew

your priorities and thoughts of importance.

 

Living happily ever after because your life is unfolding

Overcoming Fear

Have you ever experienced problems while remaining quiet about a straightforward commitment? Beyond any doubt. About everybody I know has, some time, discovered him or herself “STUCK”— needing to accomplish something yet not following up on their aims.

So why don’t we do a portion of the things we need to do or know we ought to do—like enhancing our wellbeing and building a superior body?Family

Suppose you continue putting off that new work out schedule. You can even envision what it may intend to you: having a firm, solid, sound body; feeling a wealth of vitality; freshly discovered certainty and sex offer… Still, you don’t do it. So why do you continue putting it off? What’s keeping you from making those first strides?

Consider this…

My perception is that our brains tend to see the hindrances first—those boundaries that lie between where we are presently and where we need to be or who we need to turn into. Pretty much as quick as you think about accomplishing your new body, your psyche starts to gush out each reason it can concoct why you can’t achieve your objective. So even before we can start any activity, we truly deaden ourselves.

What’s more, once your head starts to load with every one of the deterrents that could possibly keep you from accomplishing your freshly discovered objective, all of a sudden your longing to try and attempt, is squashed.

Be that as it may, imagine a scenario in which every one of the obstructions were expelled.

Consider it for a minute: if whatever stopped you from endeavoring to fabricate your absolute best body all of a sudden vanished, you’d have no trepidation to stop you, isn’t that so?

Imagine a scenario where I demonstrated to you proper methodologies to take those obstructions and right away change them into systems for making progress. Would you consider beginning, or adhering to, your new (or current) wellness arrange then?

we can change those circumstances that contradict us into particular choices and activities that can lead us to our objectives.  in all actuality, we can change those circumstances that restrict us into particular choices and activities that can lead us to our objectives. Genuine strengthening you can use further bolstering your good fortune!

Give me a chance to clarify…

Nature rocks…

wild sideTake a walk on the WILD side with Nature…

Because Nature Rocks big time…

There just isn’t anything like a long walk in nature to  set things straight, or to calm things down to a place of grounding.  Just getting away from the boring daily routine and busy schedule allows one to look at things in a broader perspective, hopefully a calmer, more peaceful perspective.  Noticing how the light shines directly on the back part of a newly formed fern.  Backlighting it beautifully and separating it from the rest of the forest greens. Just noticing it’s beauty and splendor has a calming effect, bringing one to that of peacefulness  and  gratitude.  Nothing else is demanding your attention as you stroll quietly down the path to a deeper connection with what lies ahead.  More greenery, more ferns, even an occasional little squirrel scampering up and down a nearby fir tree.

All is well in the confines and the continuation of nature.  Everything growing and living it’s best life in harmony with everything else growing next to it.  Prolific sprigs of grass, alder trees, ferns, and evergreen blackberry starts all intertwined in the depths of a wilderness trail.  Nature rocks, that is for sure.

Nature can also raise your vibration level to a higher degree.  If you are able to connect with any of the beautiful surrounding greenery or other living things in the nearby vicinity, they can pull your vibration or feelings up to a new level.  Look carefully at each living thing.  Establish your connection with them feeling empowerment encompassing your being, allowing the very essence of each living plant to speak to you in it’s own way.  It’s beauty lifting you higher as you allow it to fill your heart and mind, disregarding any stray thought that feels restrictive to you.  The sweet smell of the evergreen trees filling your senses with familiar scents, while you walk wistfully through their branches.  Deeper into the forest you wander feeling lighter and freer, your spirits ready to soar to new heights.  Forgetting all the stress of the past few days, and the schedule you left far behind earlier today.

Another benefit of walking in nature is the mere benefit of healthy walking.  Exercise of any kind can be healthy to the body, as long as it’s approved by your primary care provider.  Walking at a leisurely pace may not be as effective for raising your heart rate, or for the benefit of loosing weight, but will have an increased benefit of enjoyment and increasing your feelings of peace and harmony.

Walking and enjoying nature has so many benefits – take a walk on the WILD side and see what you can find.  Maybe nature will ROCK your world too!
