The next chapter…

 

Life is like a book.

Some chapters are sad, some happy,

and some exciting.  But if you never

turn the page, you will never know 

what the next chapter holds.

Some people stay in the same old relationship

year after year,

even though it doesn’t make them happy any longer.

In fact, many relationships become abusive

after a certain length of time.

 

But many people are too afraid

to get out and see what else is out there,

so they just stay with the same old chapter

even though it no longer serves them.

 

There are many ways to answer any question

or search for things these days.

 

They could at least get some help

or counciling to ease their situation

and give them new choices.

 

Like new chapters in a book.

You just have to take the

incentive to make a change.

 

Do what ever you need to do to be happy.

 

Commitments are rare and awesome,

but it takes more than just commitment

to keep things fresh and satisfying.

 

Read all the books you can and

fill your life with many new chapters.

 

Don’t become complacent and too lazy

to keep reading new chapters

as they appear in your life.

 

Live your

best life

every day.

Be that ONE…

                 That One

Be that one.  That one who forgives when

deep offense has been committed.  That one

who loves when no one else does.  That one

who gives kindness to those who are mean.

Be that one who looks past the insult,

instead seeing the pain that motivated it.

That one who shines light upon those who

sit in utter darkness.  Because the impact of

It’s ok…

It’s ok…

You don’t have to

be positive all the

time.  It’s perfectly

okay to feel sad,

angry, annoyed,

frustrated, 

scared, or

anxious.  Having

feelings doesn’t

make you a 

“negative person.”

It makes you 

human.

It’s okay to feel negative emotions, because that is a part of being human.

You have to be able to feel all emotions and then be able to change your alignment with yourself to bring yourself into a better feeling state.

Because if you stay there, in the negative emotions, you will just bring more negative emotions to your self.

So how do you take yourself from feeling sad to feeling better, you may ask.

 

You start where you are.

 

Whether it be a state of being angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared, or anxious.

 

And then you find something good to think about.  Maybe call a friend, or play with your pet.

Go outside and take a walk in nature or make some peanut butter cookies.

 

Do anything you can to take your mind off the negative state you are in and change it to a little better thought.

Then you keep thinking more and more about better feeling things.

Pretty soon your vibration will raise to a higher level.

You might want to start meditating and reflecting on loving thoughts.  Or reading positive books or internet posts.

 

You can practice yourself into feeling better more of the time until it becomes easier to be in a positive state than a negative state.

Then the next time you find yourself feeling angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared, or anxious, you will know what to do to lift yourself out of those negative feelings into a more positive state.

Love is all you need…

Love is all you need…

 

Love is all you need

Love is so important in life.  If you don’t feel loved, you are probably feeling pretty sad.  It’s not that you are not loved, but only that you feel that way.  So feelings are possibly even more important than actual facts. How do you raise your feelings to that of feeling loved when you are really just not there?  There are several things that you can try.  Practice looking in the mirror and congratulating yourself on something that you really like.  Maybe it is your beautiful eyes, or maybe your pretty hair.  Perhaps it is your curvy lips or your chiseled cheeks accompanied by a cute little dimple.  Maybe it is your lovely smile. How about those sexy eyebrows and long eye lashes?  There’s got to be something that you can start with.  Just pick something.  Then you can add on another thing.  What is your second best feature?  We are each unique individuals that have so many awesome attributes.  If you can really appreciate things about yourself, you will find it  becomes a lot easier to love yourself.  The more things you can find that you have gratitude for, the easier it will be to continue adding more things.  One thing at a time.  Just think about what you are thankful for.  You may have to start with having a place to live.  No matter if it is a small tent or a huge twelve room condo, a place to live is a form of security.  You may have had better places to live, but if you are thankful for what you have right now, knowing what a blessing it is to you, it will invoke even more things to be thankful for.  Gratitude can be cultivated and practiced until it becomes a part of your life.  The more you practice something, the easier it becomes.  Pretty soon you will be finding more and more to be thankful for.  The more you are thankful, and grateful, the easier it is to find more love for yourself and others.

Love has many forms.  You might try having a plant to care for, or a pet goldfish to start with.  When those projects are successful, you could get a cat or a dog or maybe even a lizard.  Animal love is so rewarding.  There’s nothing like the snugly, warm feeling of a soft kitty purring peacefully in your lap, or the dedicated look from your faithful black lab, while he is waiting for you to throw a stick across the yard for him to fetch.  Animals love unconditionally.  They are good examples for us because really …

Love is all you need !

And all you need is LOVE.
