You are being presented

with a choice; evolve or remain.

If you choose to remain

unchanged, you will be presented

with the same challenges,

the same routine, the same storms,

the same situations, until you learn

from them, until you love yourself

enough to say “no more”, until you

choose change.  If you choose to

evolve, you will connect with the

within you, you will explore what

lies outside the comfort zone,

you will awaken to love, you will

become, you will be.  You have

everything you need.

 

Choose to evolve.  Choose love.

Life is amazing…

Life is amazing…

 

Life is amazing

And then it’s awful. And then it’s amazing

again.  And in between the mundane and routine.  Breathe

in the amazing, hold on through the awful, and

relax and exhale during the ordinary.  That’s

just living heartbreaking, soul-healing,

amazing, awful, ordinary life.  And

it’s breathtakingly beautiful.

Life can be so amazing one day,

and then unexplainably

hard the next.

 

There’s no absolute

guarantees

on any given day or night.

 

You may love someone

with all your heart

and they just walk away

like they don’t even know you.

 

But what you gonna do about it?

That’s life.

 

You might as well

make the best of it

and move on with pride.

 

Eventually love and life

will give you

another chance

and it will be

awesome again.

 

Awesome, and then mundane.

Routine, and then

heartbreaking.

 

Awesome again,

and as intense

as you can handle.

 

So just go with the flow

and do the best

you can to

HOLD ON

and ride the wave

to wherever it takes you!

 

Enjoy your life

and make it the best you can

every day.

Evolve or remain…


You are being presented with a choice:

This sounds a little scary doesn’t it ?

We spend all of our lives trying to find things that feel good.

They are familiar to us.  They are comfortable.

 

We strive for comfort.  We look for a  more comfortable couch when ours starts to wear out.

We constantly have clothes that are in style yet comfortable to wear.

Shoes feel so much better when they get worn in and fit perfectly.

We want to feel accepted and “like” every one else.

No one wants to feel excluded or left out.

 

But how boring it is to live every day the same.

  • You must live in the same area.
  • You must live in the same kind of house.
  • You must drive the same car.
  • You must wear the same kind of clothes.
  • You must eat the same foods.
  • You must wear you hair the same way.
  • You must listen to the same kind of music.

 

When you get in touch with your spirit of adventure,

you become restless with the same ol’ same old way of everything.

 

You start desiring something NEW in your life.

 

You begin to open yourself to new ideas and desire to change things up a little bit.

This is a natural growth if you let happen gradually.

It is evolving rather than remaining the same.

 

Everything becomes boring eventually if it doesn’t change at all.

 

Could you even imagine wearing the exact same shirt for a week?

Eating the exact same breakfast, lunch and dinner every day for the rest of your life?

OMG that would drive most people crazy!

 

We thrive on change and growth.

We keep learning and defining our life more every day.

 

We need change to stay fresh.

 

If you implement too much change at a time you can feel un grounded though.

Perhaps:

  • Confused
  • Uneasy
  • Upset
  • Scared
  • Unsettled
  • Sad
  • Depressed

 

It is best to have balance.

To keep having fresh new responses.

 

Feeling well being, stability and love.

 

Then your life will unfold naturally and be sweet,

rewarding and fun, evolving as it should.

The ocean…

Heaven seems a little closer

when you are near

the ocean.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Many people choose to go to the ocean shore to renew and revitalize themselves.

There is something so refreshing about the fresh ocean air and the calming repetition of the incoming waves of blue.  Not to mention the soothing sound of the gentle waves washing in to the nearby sand.

This is often a place to think things out and regroup from your daily routine.

Taking time to refresh with the breezy atmosphere, enjoying the occasional sea gull who carelessly passes above you.

It’s also a great place to catch up on a little reading, or writing if you feel inspired to do so.

Perfect timing…

Fall is the perfect time to start an exercise routine like walking or jogging.  The leaves on the trees are beautiful and the rest of the scenery is so crisp, green and refreshing.

Time passes by so quickly while you are out in nature, you will have covered a couple of miles before you even know it.

It may help to take a friend along to have someone to talk to or a music device to listen to something uplifting or peaceful as you walk along.  Playing your favorite music is a great way to enjoy the time as you briskly stroll along the trail.

I wouldn’t suggest texting because it might be too easy to trip on something and fall down.  There may be unforeseen obstacles in the path that you are unaware of until it is a little too late and you are flat on the ground.

Don’t forget to take a water bottle along with you so that you can stay hydrated and healthy.  Good hydration is a key thing to remember when starting a new exercise routine.  Staying hydrated helps keep your muscles from being over stressed and cramping up on you while you tone them up.  Taking a little bit more of the supplement magnesium may be helpful too, especially if you are prone to leg cramps or “charlie horses”.

And don’t forget a few healthy snacks like nuts or something else, including protein bars, in case you end up taking longer than you had planned and get hungry or in need of a little nourishment along the way.

Be sure to wear the proper kind of comfortable athletic shoes and loose fitting clothing that is layered in case you get too hot or too cold while you are away from home or your car.  Maybe even a light umbrella just to be prepared.

Give yourself all of the possible benefits you can to keep you going and doing things that are good for your body and health.

You will feel blessed in so many ways by getting out in nature and moving your body while refreshing your mind and soul.  Soon you will feel your energy level increasing and your vitality greatly improved.

Just get started – and then keep on going one step at a time.

It will be worth it!
