Pretty or ugly…

 

I’m so very ugly

So don’t try to convince me that

I am a very beautiful person

Because at the end of the day

I hate myself in every single way

And I’m not going to lie to myself by saying

There is beauty inside of me that matters

So rest assured I will remind myself

That I am a worthless, terrible person

And nothing you say will make me believe

I still deserve love

Because no matter what

I am not good enough to be loved

And I am in no position to believe that

Beauty does exist within me

Because whenever I look in the mirror I always think

Am I as ugly as people say?

Your instincts…

Energy is everything,

and vibrations are a very important part of that energy.

 

There are many different kinds of vibrations in the world.

 

Separating the good and bad vibrations within a person is something that is referred to as “gut feelings”.

As you learn to rely on your gut feelings, you learn to discern the good feelings (or vibrations) from the bad ones.

 

There are also a lot of feelings that lie in between the two that don’t put up a red flag either way.

Within our thinking and feeling processes we are able to fine tune our vibrations.

There are ways to adjust ourselves and either raise or lower our thoughts, feelings, and vibrations.

 

We are meant to be the controllers of our life and the designers of the life

we want to live

by putting out the vibration we want to receive.

 

If we have a bad feeling about something or someone we need to trust it.

Our inner beings know so much more than we give them credit for.

 

If we don’t listen to the inner knowing, we may have to pay for our bad results in a number of ways.

Some people only pretend to be nice while they are secretly figuring out a way to take advantage of our goodness.

In that case, we always have another chance to learn our lesson, or change our vibration so that they no longer exist on our level.

Celebrate yourself…

Celebrate!!!


When nobody else

celebrates you, learn

to celebrate yourself.

When nobody else

compliments you, then

compliment yourself.

It’s not up to other people

to keep you encouraged.

It’s up to you.

come from the inside.

There are those times when we all feel the need for some encouragement.

And at those dark times in our life, we need to have a back up plan to help us with whatever it is that we are going through.

Other people will fail us.

They are just not always going to be there for us.

And if we think they will – we are experiencing disillusion.

 

Of coarse there are those people who are good intentioned, who have our backs most of the time.

 

But there are times when we really, really feel like we need someone, and they are busy somewhere else.

They are busy with their own life, following their own dreams.

Doing their own thing, with someone else, somewhere else.

 

So at those dark times, if we have a “plan B” to engage us, we will be in a lot better place.

 

What can we possibly do to implement an alternative plan to help us and encourage us in these times of need?

The best thing to do is to plan ahead.

 

By now, we should be aware that these dark times will come.

They are a part of our reality, just like the bright sunny days are.

Because that is real life.

 

And in this real life

we all have contrast so that we can define our choices

and have new experiences and events in our life.

 

Things we ordinarily wouldn’t evoke without the differentiation of life throwing it in our face.

 

But there it is – and we have to decide what we are going to do with it.

 

We could curl up and hide in our warm bed all day.

Or we could have a few things lined up to help us feel good enough to get up, and then take the next step.

We could try:

  • Listening to some music.
  • Taking a nice warm shower or bath.
  • Getting something to eat.
  • Reading a good book.
  • Having a cup of coffee.
  • Calling a friend.
  • Going for a walk.
  • Taking prescribed medications.
  • Taking herbal enhancements.
  • Using essential oils.

 

And sometimes you just have to dig really deep into yourself.

Finding your reason for living.

Remembering those who love you and those that you love.

Knowing that there are ups and downs in life and knowing

what you need to do to pick yourself back up.

 

Being your own champion.

 

Learning to celebrate yourself.

Learning to compliment yourself.

 

And feeling full of encouragement

from the inside out.

Reserve of strength

When life brings it on, we seem to find an unreserved strength

emerge that we didn’t know we had.

Although we don’t really want this extreme experience, it is good to know how strong we really can be when needed.

Some of us also rely on the strength of God, or Universal strength to help us out when things go wonky.

How ever you do it is up to you, but knowing that the strength will emerge can give you a reserve of  comfort that will empower you in the now, allowing you to face this day head on with all the strength and energy you choose to exert right now …

Inner Glow…

Imagine a gorgeous sunset

inside of you right now in glorious shades of yellow,

orange, pink, and purple, and

experience its radiating warmth and beauty.  Feel your

inner sunset growing larger

and brighter, illuminating

you from the inside and all

around you.  The more you see this glow, the more your life, mood and energy level brighten.

Use visualization to make your life wonderful, vibrant, and glorious!

Visualize and imagine yourself right into this beautiful scene – or maybe another one of your liking.

What ever you can do to make your life a little bit better, happier, and brighter, the happier and brighter it will become.

You have to start somewhere.

If things aren’t going well for you right now, this  is a great process to help you start feeling better.

One little step at a time begins by visualizing better things.

Take a few minutes to do this easy meditation right now and see for yourself how much better you feel.

Then try another one.  Visualize yourself in a beautiful place (of your own choosing)  immerse yourself into this new scene and look around. ( In your mind’s eye)  See the trees, smell the fragrant field of flowers, feel the cold stream of water flowing  across your arm.  do everything you can to make yourself present in the scene that you feel that you are actually there.

Then relax into the moment.

Just take a few deep breaths as you RELAX.

Breathe, relax, deep breath, relax.

Inhale, exhale…

You get it…

Now check with how you are feeling.

Your stress level should be a lot less at this point.

You should be more relaxed and be breathing slow and calm.

You may have even fallen into a bit of a daze, or what is referred to as being “in the zone”.

That is – the zone of relaxation and peacefulness.

Now you know how to begin your new better life of visualization and meditation.

Be sure to continue this process whenever you need a boost or whenever you feel stress creeping up on you again.
