Young Living essential oils and other healthy Young Living products contain natural, plant based materials.
Many oils can enhance your health into an even better feeling state than you already have. They are wonderful to uplift moods, calm a hurting soul, or open a stuffy nose.
If you are sick or disease ridden, you may benefit immensely by adding a regimen of healthy oils and supplements to your current diet.
By sniffing certain essential oils, the olfactory part of your brain can be stimulated and enhanced within 20 seconds after inhalation.
It takes a little bit longer for it to go through your skin. When placed on wrists or neck, you can expect results beginning in about 20 minutes.
I use essential oils every day. I start with a couple of little drops of Progessence Plus applied to my wrists first in the morning. I also apply other oils that “feel” or “smell” good to me at the time.

Lemon oil is one of my all time favorites. It jump starts my immune system and gets me started for the day. Or maybe citrus fresh if I want a combined addition or something citrus flavored in my tea.
Thieves oil is next. It’s potent cinnamon-clove fragrance and scent are a must have, especially if I feel a little tickle of a cold or stuffy nose coming on. A few drops twice a day and no more sniffles for me.
I love essential oils and I love how much better I feel when I add them to my daily diet of healthy foods. And some not so healthy foods. I mean, let’s face it, I can eat junk food more often if I add healthy essential oils and supplements to counter and disperse the bad stuff out of my body. And I still feel good after eating it.
