You feel tired…

You often feel tired, not because you’ve done too much, but because you’ve done too little of what sparks a light in you. ~ author unknown

Do what sparks a light in you. That thing that really floats your boat and makes you happy.

Life is too short to do anything else!

Everything…

Everything…

Everything you’ve ever done,

every person you’ve ever met,

every experience you’ve ever had,

is a part of who you are today.

Adding interesting layers to your being,

and colorful depths to your soul.

Everything needed to be as it was,

so you could grow as you did and do.

What you think about yourself…

What you think about yourself…

People know your name, not your story.

They’ve heard what you’ve done, but not

what you’ve been trough.  So take their

opinions of you with a grain of salt.  In the

end.  It’s not what others think.  It’s what

you think about yourself that counts.

Sometimes you have to do exactly what’s

best for you and your life, not what’s

best for everyone else.

Do what’s best for yourself

and live your best life every day.

No one else knows your story and what you’ve been through,

so don’t spend your time worrying about someone else.

Be kind to others and they will be kind to you,

and if they aren’t, don’t blame yourself.

Live your own life and be the best you can be.

We are Breakable…

We are Breakable…

Grab a plate and throw it

on the ground.

~OK done.

Did it break?

~ Yes

Now say sorry to it.

~Sorry.

did it go back

to the way it was before?

~No.

Now, do you

understand?

The things we do effect others

and sometimes

we hurt others more than we realize.

Once someone feels hurt or betrayed,

they may never heal up as they were before.

Time helps but it doesn’t really change anything.

As life goes on,

it’s up to each individual to decide whether they want to hold on to the hurt or let it go.

Sometimes wounds heal up and become even stronger when the hurt is healed over with scar tissue.
