Change can be hard. It requires no extra effort to settle for the same old thing. Auto-pilot keeps us locked into past patterns. But transforming your life? That requires courage, commitment, and effort. It’s tempting to stay camped in the zone of That’s-Just-How-It-Is.
But to get to the really good stuff in life, you have to be willing to become an explorer and adventurer.

Energy…

To protect your energy…

It’s okay to cancel a commitment.

It’s okay to not answer a call.  It’s

okay to change your mind,  It’s okay
to want to be alone.  It’s okay to take
a day off.  It’s okay to do nothing.
It’s okay to speak up.  It’s okay
to let go.

It’s important to keep commitments
and be true to your word and your promises.
But sometimes  it is okay to change your mind according to unforeseen circumstances and go with your inner guidance.
Because sometimes other circumstances change and your inner being knows things that are unseen.
In other words – follow your feelings and they will guide you to your highest and best decisions in life.

Strength…

Anyone can give up and

run away.  That’s easy.

But staying, facing your

problems and making a

commitment to work

through them, that’s

Nobody even talks any more.

 

They are too busy texting to

the latest, greatest, hottest new hit.

 

Even when you are with them

they are preoccupied with these other things.

 

Too busy to really be with you.

 

Too scared to make a commitment.

No strength, just existing.

 

Hoping to move on to someone

who can make them feel better

because they don’t know how to

love themselves

or you.

 

Maybe it’s time

to show some strength –

face your problems and stand up

So much of each day is just going through the motions.

 

We repeat the same things over and over:

  • We get ready for work
  • We go to work
  • We work
  • We get ready to go home
  • We go home
  • We pay our bills
  • We get something to eat
  • We get things ready for work tomorrow
  • We go to sleep
  • We get ready for work
  • Rinse, repeat…

 

So much of our lives accumulate into more of these kinds of experiences

and often we FORGET that we even have dreams

to follow.

 

Sooth yourself today and refocus on something you want.

 

Put your effort into doing what ever you have to do

to get that thing you want or accomplish

the goal you have set for yourself.

 

Make your

dreams come true

one step at a time

by recognizing that you are a unique individual

who can break free from the everyday grind of life.

 

Acquiesce and acknowledge your personal courage

while you put your effort into seeking your own true self.

 

Finding clarity in yourself and your

Starting over…

broken-or-better

Maybe it’s not

always about

trying to fix

something broken.

Maybe it’s about

starting over and

creating something

better.

There comes a time when you might as well give up on something that is not working and move on.

 

Time doesn’t stand still for anyone.

 

Just how much time you spend trying to make a relationship or friendship work is up to you.

If you are with someone who doesn’t put in the same amount of effort trying to make things work as you do, you have to wonder if he/she ever will.

Things usually start out pretty well with both people putting their best foot forward, and soon the differences start showing up.

If there is no commitment or goals to work toward, commonalities tend to disappear in a hurry and are replaced with uncomfortable psychobabble.

If things turn to an abusive note – either mentally or physically, it is definitely time to move on and start new with something better.

If, however, there is a deep love and respect between any two people, it might be possible to just put everything behind you both and start again new and fresh.   If there is a rare love that cannot be forgotten, you can always seek help or counseling of some kind and keep on  going.

People change and grow daily if they seek ongoing love, mindfulness and kindness.

Overcoming Fear

Have you ever experienced problems while remaining quiet about a straightforward commitment? Beyond any doubt. About everybody I know has, some time, discovered him or herself “STUCK”— needing to accomplish something yet not following up on their aims.

So why don’t we do a portion of the things we need to do or know we ought to do—like enhancing our wellbeing and building a superior body?Family

Suppose you continue putting off that new work out schedule. You can even envision what it may intend to you: having a firm, solid, sound body; feeling a wealth of vitality; freshly discovered certainty and sex offer… Still, you don’t do it. So why do you continue putting it off? What’s keeping you from making those first strides?

Consider this…

My perception is that our brains tend to see the hindrances first—those boundaries that lie between where we are presently and where we need to be or who we need to turn into. Pretty much as quick as you think about accomplishing your new body, your psyche starts to gush out each reason it can concoct why you can’t achieve your objective. So even before we can start any activity, we truly deaden ourselves.

What’s more, once your head starts to load with every one of the deterrents that could possibly keep you from accomplishing your freshly discovered objective, all of a sudden your longing to try and attempt, is squashed.

Be that as it may, imagine a scenario in which every one of the obstructions were expelled.

Consider it for a minute: if whatever stopped you from endeavoring to fabricate your absolute best body all of a sudden vanished, you’d have no trepidation to stop you, isn’t that so?

Imagine a scenario where I demonstrated to you proper methodologies to take those obstructions and right away change them into systems for making progress. Would you consider beginning, or adhering to, your new (or current) wellness arrange then?

we can change those circumstances that contradict us into particular choices and activities that can lead us to our objectives.  in all actuality, we can change those circumstances that restrict us into particular choices and activities that can lead us to our objectives. Genuine strengthening you can use further bolstering your good fortune!

Give me a chance to clarify…

Is it accurate to say that you are prepared? Extraordinary… we should begin!

Snag #1: I DON’T THINK I HAVE ENOUGH TIME.

Accept or not, people who make unprecedented levels of progress have days pretty much as boisterous as our own. They have commitments: duties to work, companions, and family. What’s more, let’s be honest, we’re all kept to an equivalent measure of time—the same 24 hours. However some individuals discover the opportunity to ceaselessly make exercise a piece of their every day schedule.

I love You…

I love You…

 

I love uThis statement has many connotations, or meanings, and can be interpreted in a variety of ways.  What does it mean when someone says they love you?

The term “love” is very loosely used these days.  It used to have more of a definite, defined, commitment type of feeling to it, but now it seems like anything goes.  Perhaps when declared, it is meant well, with good, warm, fuzzy feelings, and maybe it is just said to manipulate or control someone else.  Like saying I love you to get what you want from someone. Or perhaps to calm bad feelings between two people, like mending a fence so to speak.  Whatever it means to you can also vary and be misinterpreted by the person saying or receiving the statement.

Sometimes it actually feels like more of a compliment when someone says they “LIKE” you, than when they say they “LOVE” you.  To  say you love someone often seems to come with obligation, and when you like someone, you just like them.  No strings attached.  You can be friends, or best friends, or once in a while friends, or drinking buddies, or church acquaintances, etc.  All kinds of relationships and people you meet can be known as “friends,”

Sometimes you really like someone you meet instantly, and other times it takes a while to get to know them, with your feelings growing from like to love over time.  This is often the case with relatives or in laws.  Some people take longer to get to know than others.  I guess that is because there are all kinds of people in this world.  Some are more open, caring, and loving, while some are more guarded, selfish, and closed.  It also depends on what state you are in when you meet someone.  If you have just suffered a great loss, or had a tragic accident in your family, you are likely to be more focused on your own circumstances, than how another person relates to you.  If you are in a bad or sad mood, the person you meet may appear unlovable, just because you are traumatized at the moment or maybe they are traumatized also.

Most love is conditional,

but the best kind is

unconditional.

Unconditional love is the kind of love everyone wants, but seldom able to give.   To give unconditional love, you have to be a very loving person yourself.  One who is kind and considerate, quick to forgive, caring and happy.  Unconditional love is also referred to as agape love, or never ending Love.

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could just all love each other that way?

Love and be Loved… Life is a process, don’t give up…
