Friends are…

Friends are connected Heart to Heart. Distance and time can’t break them apart. ~pinkrockproject.com

Some friends can exist without communication for long periods of time and then reconnect as though no time had passed at all.

Distance doesn’t matter either, because real friends connect through heart felt vibes that surpass both time and distance.

Love your friends and stay as close in touch with them as possible.

A thread that connects…

An invisible thread Connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of Time, Place or Circumstance.
The thread may stretch or tangle, but it will Never Break.

May you be open to each thread that comes into your life…the Golden ones and the Coarse ones…and may you weave them into a brilliant and beautiful LIFE.

Use the different threads collected throughout your experiences

to weave a beautiful tapestry full of Love

and memories that compliment and complete your life.

Seeing each one as a variable thread

of learning and discovery that together blend into your life of fulfillment through connection.

Don’t be dismayed…

Do not be dismayed
by the brokenness
in the world.
All things break.
And all things
can be mended.
Not with time,
as they say, but
with intention.
So go.  Love
intentionally,
unconditionally.
The broken
world waits
in darkness
for the light
that is you.

I will not…

I will not…

I will not

keep calm.

I will

raise hell

and break shit.

I don’t usually post things like this, but it caught me off guard

and when I read it I just laughed.

It’s really different to twist the usual

being calm

into the other side of life

where you allow yourself to be

free and full of activity.

Life should not be all about

meditating and being quiet.

Some times you need to break loose and just throw something.

Don’t forget that there are consequences to every action though.

And someone has to clean up the mess.

Maybe a planned “rage fest” would be a good idea.

That way you could vent your frustrations

without hurting anyone or anything else.

  • You could go to a river and throw rocks in the water until you got tired of it.
  • You could have a certain area to throw and break glass with plastic underneath and a background to catch fly aways.
  • You could throw darts.
  • You could go bowling.
  • You could go to a gun range and shoot at things.
  • You could do archery and shoot arrows.
  • You could throw axes or knifes.
  • You could cut weeds or brush with a machete.
  • Anything that lets you vent your pent up energy.

I remember a time when throwing darts at my favorite someone’s photo was a good way to get even with him.

It just sort of put my feelings into perspective and no one got hurt.

Do what ever you need to do to feel good.

And sometimes that means stepping out of your personal space

and raising hell for a little while.

We are all human

and we all have times

of feeling frustrated and angry.

Break loose

and feel alive for a change.

We are Breakable…

We are Breakable…

Grab a plate and throw it

on the ground.

~OK done.

Did it break?

~ Yes

Now say sorry to it.

~Sorry.

did it go back

to the way it was before?

~No.

Now, do you

understand?

The things we do effect others

and sometimes

we hurt others more than we realize.

Once someone feels hurt or betrayed,

they may never heal up as they were before.

Time helps but it doesn’t really change anything.

As life goes on,

it’s up to each individual to decide whether they want to hold on to the hurt or let it go.

Sometimes wounds heal up and become even stronger when the hurt is healed over with scar tissue.
