There is always
always something to be grateful for…


Do your best to be grateful, because there is always something that you can be grateful for. Even in the worst of times, there are still positive things going on. Take a deep breath and look around you. You can start with being grateful for the clothes you are wearing right now, the food you last ate, and the chair you are sitting in. The list goes on… look for things yourself that make you happy and help you feel alive and well.
